Paljajalu or ‘Barefoot’ is in the heart of Pärnu, where good people with good ideas meet. The studio offers classes of varying difficulty and focus; you can choose from Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Graceful yoga and Pilates. The studio has mats, blankets and other yoga equipment (blocks and straps). Showers after class are available.

The yoga hall at the Buddhism centre on Vee Street is a powerful place for practising a range of mental exercises. Kundalini yoga classes for adults take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:00, while yoga for children is on Fridays at 17:00. It is also possible to agree upon meditative healing sessions.
You are welcome to join regular kundalini yoga and intuitive dance classes. We also do sadhana, courses and workshops that talk about the philosophical and practical aspects of yoga. You will find special events on the timetable, including practice that touches on relaxation and/or healing, mantra evenings, women's clubs and pilgrimages.
The yoga hall at the Guild House is ‘virtual’ – there's no hall in the building, but group classes do take place in the Guild's attic hall and personal counselling is available upon agreement.
