Description: Beauty Parlour Harmonie was first opened in 2004 on the II floor of the Tervise Paradiis Water Park. The people that established the parlour were young and entrepreneurial with the desire to offer professional and friendly beauty services in Pärnu. In our parlours you will have the opportunity to get full enjoyment out of various Spa and beauty services, complete relaxation and content. We offer facial care with the Anesi and Gatineau product line, body care with the Anesi and Thalaspa line, manicure and pedicure with the Cuccio Naturale and Starnails line and hair treatments with Schwarzkopf and Inebrya line. We constantly strive to perfection in offering the best service possible.
